Visit to the Dale Barracks
Last Monday, I had a memorable visit out to the Dale Barracks for four hours, attending the Eve of Deployment Briefing and Blessing for the 1st Battalion Royal Welsh Fusiliers, off to Afghanistan for a seven-month tour of duty in the next few weeks. It was so good to be able to assure all the soldiers and families that we'd be keeping them in our thoughts and prayers over this critical time.
