St Werburgh’s SVP Conference published its 2024 – 25 Annual Report this month, once again headlining, ‘A busy and fruitful year…’

The report, a full colour, four-page A4, said that, ‘In spite of a downturn in charity support generally, our St Werburgh’s SVP Conference has been blessed with another busy and fruitful year.  We look back on a period of significant growth in our networking contacts, greater use of our District’s Holiday Home, wider involvement in our local schools, prisons and hospitals, burgeoning Conference membership, continued links with our overseas ‘Twinning’ colleagues and, perhaps most importantly. More parish events for – and visits to – people in need, both in our Parish and beyond.’
