I will use this space moving forward for updates. You will notice that I will be offering Mass on Saturday, November 1. This will be a fixed feature on the first Saturday of every month at 9 a.m.,
I will, where possible, take Tuesday as my day away from parish activities. This is rather tricky to get in place in the first few weeks, due in part to the calendar and various meetings at which my presence is required. In the new year, this will be a constant. In the meantime, where Tuesday is impossible, I will take time on another day. I am grateful to Father Neill Robb for his generous cooperation to ensure that my absence in no way affects public mass times. I have had some more meetings this past week to give me a better idea of the task that lies ahead. I am very happy to be here in this parish and grateful for your support. You and your loved ones are remembered daily in my prayer. Please keep me and my mission in your prayers, too!
God bless you! Fr David +
You are invited to submit names to be included in the list of the deceased for whom Mass will be offered once a week during the month of November. You may take an envelope for this purpose from the back of church or write to admin@stwerburghchester.co.uk

A reminder that exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, is now happening each week, on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, from 11 a.m., till 12 p.m. Why not come and spend some prayerful time in the presence of the Lord? We are really encouraged by the initial response to this initiative. Spread the word!
