Parish Music
St Werburgh's Church is a home for musical performance, both sacred and secular. During many Masses and other formal liturgical celebrations, the congregation joins in the singing of hymns, to the accompaniment of the organ or led by one of our music groups, the Parish Choir or the Music Group.
The Church also hosts organ recitals and occasional concerts, and we invite musical ensembles, bands and orchestras to consider us as a hospitable city-centre venue. Details of forthcoming recitals and concerts may be found here.
